Economic Empowerment Program

Paid Workforce Development Through Our Justice Enterprise

At Eden’s Farm, we believe freedom must be sustainable.

Survivors of human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation often face significant barriers to employment, gaps in work history, criminal records, trauma-related challenges, and limited professional support.

Our Economic Empowerment Program provides structured, paid workforce development through our social enterprise. Participants gain real job experience, develop marketable skills, and earn income in a trauma-informed, supportive environment.

This is not volunteer work.
This is paid apprenticeship.

Participants move through hands-on training in:

  • Retail & Customer Service – professional communication, sales, and store operations

  • Product Production & Fulfillment – candle-making, jewelry, packaging, and order management

  • Specialized Tracks – including pastry and baked goods training or enterprise leadership development

Every phase builds confidence, accountability, and economic stability.

When you shop survivor-made products, you are directly supporting this program, helping replace economic vulnerability with opportunity.
